Situated amidst the ocean, the fortress of panikotha is a gigantic and ship like structure that was built up with the intension to keep the extremely dangerous criminals locked up here so that they may drown and die in case of their attempts to run away the jail. It is a mile within from the shore and has a light house and a small chapel dedicated to the lady of sea.
